As of Jul 19 03:23 UTC, Intrepid has the following issues:

Preparation for a new development resource has adversely affected the back end control system for 
Intrepid.  In addition, additional hardware must be installed on intrepid's high performance data 
network to support the new rack which should not be performed with jobs running.

Access to the cobalt scheduler will likely be impaired during this time, brief interruptions to 
filesystems (intrepid-fs0, fs1, home, soft) may occur and no jobs will run.

We currently estimate a return to service no later than Jul 19 18:00 UTC.
