[intrepid-notify] ALCF Ticketing System Downtime, 6/28

On Tuesday, June 28, starting at 09:00 UTC until 13:00 UTC, the ALCF 
ticketing system, Request Tracker (RT), will be off line for upgrades. 
During this time, the web interface will be unreachable. Although no 
tickets will be created, any new correspondence sent to either 
support at alcf.anl.gov or accounts at alcf.anl.gov will be queued up on the 
mail servers and delivered after the new server is in production. Please 
note this means you will not receive an 'AutoReply' email from us for 
any new tickets you open during this time.

If you are able to connect to the ticketing system during the outage 
window, any changes you make will not be permanent. We will issue an 
"all clear" email when the service is back online. Please contact 
support at alcf.anl.gov if you have questions or concerns.
