[intrepid-notify] Outage Notice - Scheduling Suspended on Intrepid, Challenger, Eureka

Scheduling on Intrepid, Challenger and Eureka has been suspended due to a filesystem issue on /intrepid-fs0. We are working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible and will notify users when it has been resolved or when we have additional information as to when scheduling will resume.
