[intrepid-notify] Scheduling resumed on Intrepid, Challenger and Eureka

Job scheduling on Intrepid, Challenger and Eureka has been resumed as of 
4:45pm US CST.

A correctable failure on storage hardware caused the storage subsystem 
to be unavailable for jobs. The storage hardware has been returned to 
service.
