[intrepid-notify] Intrepid, Challenger, Eureka returned to service

We have returned Intrepid, Challenger, and Eureka to regular service.  There is one midplane (R35-M1) unavailable on Intrepid, but, aside from that, all filesystems, hardware, and services are available and functioning normally.
