Hello everyone,

I've updated the install on vesta/mira to r189357-20130827. This incorporates a few upstream bug fixes and also some local fixes (more vector4double ABI fixes for xlc compatibility primarily).

Also, included is a new SIMD math library. I'll send out details on this in a separate message. Soon, this will allow us to autovectorize lots of libm math function calls (sin, cos, exp, etc.), but that's not quite ready yet.
