[dcmf] Failed comm upload to Wiki

Joe,

If you can get one of the IBM people with accounts on our BG/P systems  
to drop it on one those systems and point me at it, I'd be happy to  
upload it to the wiki for you.  At the very least, I'll put it up  
somewhere on our web system and point a link at it in the wiki.

If you don't know who has accounts, I can get the list for you.
