[dcmf] RE: [MPICH2 Req #3926] Open source release of the BGP changes to MPICH2

We were actually planning to email you guys about this exact thing.

If the changes are only adding a separate device, then we can add it in 
1.0.7rc2. However, if the changes are touching the other layers as well, 
we'll need to do more testing to make sure they are not breaking 
anything else.
