[intrepid-notify] Intrepid 9/15 maintenance period running long

We are still working on issues resulting from a power problem this past weekend, and therefore today's Monday maintenance period on Intrepid is running longer than expected.  We apologize for the inconvenience.  Another notice will be sent out when Intrepid has been returned to service.
