[intrepid-notify] Intrepid /intrepid-fs0 filesystem usage

Dear Users,

The intrepid-fs0 filesystem is at over 90% usage. Please remove any 
unnecessary or old data from your /intrepid-fs0/users/<username> 
directory. The ALCF does not implement automatic data purging, so please 
remove any old or unused data periodically. When the filesystem is very 
full, performance will suffer, so please keep this in mind.
